Southern California

We have made many trips to southern California. The first was in 1989 when we stayed at a timeshare in Palm Springs and made trips toward the coast every day but one.  We hit all the highlights: Disneyland (Brian found it boring), Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, LA Dodgers game, and, of course, the beach.

We then occasionally traded Park City for either Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead.

Then we bought a week at Marriott's Newport Coast around 2005. We didn't go there often. There was construction and the place was slow getting its activities together. That has changed. It is now a very good place to vacation.

In 2018, we spent a week and half there with Brian, Kyrie, and the kids spending part of that time with us. We went to Kyrie's grandmother's place for Thanksgiving in Escondido. We also caught up with friends from the South Pacific trip.

We will post pictures here as we get them together.
